We were greeted when we walked in, they told us “if you need anything, please let us know”. The selection in Spanish has improved/grown since our last visit from 1 section to 3 sections. The person at cash register was super kind, helped us renew our membership and gave us a $5 credit to future purchase. Even they were close to closing time, they had a message through the audio system, but no pressure from staff (they do it elegantly). Recommend and will definitely return.

Support the brick and mortar book stores! Spending time with books is one of my favorite past times and I feel like it's a dying art in this digital age, so I appreciate so much that these safe havens still exist. Thanks for existing Books-A-Million! I've met some really cool people here too.
