Dropped in to deal with a phone swap for my elderly Mom and got it all sorted very quickly and easily. Explained all the options, no upsell, and verified the new phone was up & running before I left. Couldn't have been better.

The lady was awesome the man terrible they did not help us messed out account up and i HATE BOOST NOW. They could care less about you as a customer your just a number and they are not willing to assist a customer or work with them to retain them when you have been customer for a long time. I would not go with boost if you have a choice. I highly recommend you go with someone else if looking for a cell company to go with. 3 years ago they were the best but now for last 2 years i absolutely DISLIKE them and will.ADVISE ANYONE THAT ASK DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A PHONE THAT WORKS WHEN YOU NEED IT TO OR SOMEONE THAT WILL ACTUALLY ASSIST YOU IF NEEDED.
