I left my Siberian Husky there to be boarded and groomed. The groomer called and told me she needed to shave her because of matts. I didn’t understand that meant shaving her down to the skin. She also wanted to sedate her to do it and I told her no. I picked my dog up today and she is pitiful. She shaved her down to the skin and she can hardly keep her eyes open, yet they deny sedating her. My husky has always had alot of energy and is so excited when I pick her up. She has no energy acted like she was starving when I picked her up. I also heard the guy that works the front laughing very hard when they were bringing her out. Glad he thinks it’s so funny that they ruined my beautiful husky.

We have had great experiences here. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, they take the time to really listen and understand. They are careful and kind with my babies. Glad we have a vet close by that we trust!

Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I am extremely happy with the love and care they give to my dog. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Browns Bridge and I highly recommend.

Saturday 11/25/2023, I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the staff and Dr. Dennis at Browns bridge Animal Hospital. My family lost a precious member of our family. Panda has been a beautiful companion for over 15 years. We are heartbroken and so sad. We were treated with compassion, respect and care. We have used Browns Bridge for many years now for all of our pets. Our pets have always been treated here and we will continue our relationship. Thank you to all of the staff. The Holbrooks

Horrible experience. They charge ridiculous amounts for boarding. When I questioned the extensive cost (9 days boarding for two dogs and one dog having yearly shots=$883!), Taylor the manager falsely accused me of saying a cuss word. She also let me know what she experienced as a tech and that she wasn’t going to be talked over. I’m sorry, but when I have a question about that much money, I’m going to ask it. To top it off, we have to travel thirty minutes back up there because they tried to keep our dogs’ food and serving spoon. No offer for compensation. My dogs will NOT be going back. If you value your wallet, I recommend you avoid it as well!

I have been going to this vet clinic with my fur babies since I was a child. Ill be 40 next month. They are great with animals and they genuinely care about their well being. They also offer a wellness program.

I was over charged 190$ for my dogs basic yearly shots. They charged me for a wellness check up as well as for fecal test which they did not perform. I brought my dog here 4 months ago for a wellness check up so there was no need for another one to be charged. Humane society does a whole yearly check up and shots plus heart worm test for 60$.

I love Browns Bridge Animal Hospital! Everyone here is so sweet to my anxiety ridden baby. They are patient and empathetic. The front desk is efficient and kind, The ladies that come in and ask questions are very informative and sweet, and the doctors go above and beyond to help and care for our babies. The entire hospital is very awesome and wholesome.
