About Budgetel Inn and Suites Gainesville
Budgetel Inn and Suites Gainesville offers a mixed experience for its guests. Many appreciate the friendly and hardworking staff, particularly praising the housekeeping team and management's prompt service. The rooms are described as spacious and clean, with some guests noting recent renovations. The hotel has a calm atmosphere and is conveniently located near downtown Gainesville, making it accessible to various activities and dining options.
However, some guests mention that the hotel is old, which can lead to maintenance issues, including inconsistent hot water. There are concerns about safety and drug use in the area, though management has improved security measures. Guests are expected to maintain high standards of tidiness and pay rent on time, with strict rules in place. Overall, it serves as a budget-friendly place to stay, but potential visitors should be aware of its limitations and the surrounding environment.
