I have extensive motor damage from a oil filter hole and leak the service shop I use said came from a box purchased from a local auto parts supplier. I’m trying to find a way to report my damage for a liability insurance claim. Please I’m asking for help as this is a financial and physical health hardship for me. I live in Gainesville Ga.

I called already knowing what I needed, and so inquired if the part was in stock. The person on the phone could not find it and told me to come in. I arrived 10 min later, and the person "assisting" me kept telling me that the best thing was to check the fuse, but as they were closing soon, they could not help. He then asked questions I had already answered and repeated that they were closing. I replied that I knew what I needed and had called prior to arrival, but had the phone answerer not told me to come in, I would not have wasted either of our time. Very condescending and wasteful of my time. Will not be back. There are many other options who actually believe in treating customers like people.
