Thank you so much for all the support that you provided due to which I bought my first new car in the US. Interacting with everyone was great especially Armando and Chris. Jim Shorkey is the best as compared to other Kia dealers and will recommend to everyone.

I will never go to Jim Shorkey Kia again to get my car serviced. I had a recall on my Sorento and I made the appointment over the phone, lady on the other end said I don't roughly know where the dealership is, said I would have to get a ride because she didn't know if they had a waiting room. When I arrived I was greeted by a customer service rep and he wasn't friendly, laughed at me when I asked if he could help me with some other things I need done to my car telling me we don't offer free diagnostics, didn't give me a time frame instead told me that the service guys weren't even there yet. Now I have to take my vehicle elsewhere to get the issues I have fixed. I was told to send a email to Jim
[email protected], it has been 3 weeks since I sent my email to them. No response from anyone, I called to find out what has been going on and the person told me that he would direct my concern to the right person. Still no response. Which tells me that Shorkey doesn't care about the customer.

Got a Kia forte 2017 in 2019 from here had to do a voluntary repossession cause the motor blew at 95000 miles would have costed 5-7k to fix. Not fun

If I could give zero starts I would. They took 3 months to get me my tag after mine expired. I called MANY times and left MANY voicemails before my temporary tag expired. Turns out, the tag clerk there had quit and apparently no one knew? Very unprofessional. They don't know what they're doing. I was paying for a car for months that I legally wasn't supposed to be driving. Will never buy from them again.

Buyer beware! They do not honor the Kia extended warranty! I needed some work done that is covered under warranty. Called in, told them everything over the phone. They even pulled up my warranty info. When I arrived for my appointment they wouldn't even look at my car. Told me to find another dealership. I wasted an entire day off work, lost money and time, and didn't get my car fixed. The man in the service department was very rude and spoke down to me. I called Kia in Woodstick GA and they said they'd handle it no problem.

Reciently my friend Tim Raether purchased a used car form these crooks.We had driven hours to get the car and we had asked the day before as to condition of the car and said it was excelent........
They never disclosed that the car was a rental car ,there was dammage to some of the interior components and when we confronted them about all of this they simply stated that it had a factory warranty and basicly told us to pound sand. They got there money and didn't care past that point.Now we are left to get the repairs done on our time and cost. Definately won't do business with them again ...EVER!!

purchased my car here and had the best experience! i’ve purchased 5 cars in my adulthood and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience! I drove almost 2 hours to this dealership and definitely would again! shareef was great to work with and made it so easy!

My mom finally paid off her Kia and took it in to Kia because it was making alot of noise when stepping on the accelerator. When we took it in they said we needed a new catalytic converter which we did and it cost 1,200 dollars. My mom made two calls after it was worked on and expressed her concern because it wasn’t running right and all they said was that it was fine. Two days later she took it on the Freeway for the first time since being worked on and there was an explosion in the back of van and it caught immediately on fire. Thankfully no one was hurt but now she lost her paid off vehicle and had to pay 1,200 dollars for it to just catch on fire. When we called they didn’t want to take responsibility. This is unacceptable. If I could put 0 stars I would.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS KIA FOR MAINTENANCE
