“I went into old navy yesterday (11/20) I was so pleasantly surprised. All the employees that work there are so friendly and helpful. The store is nice, clean and organized.”
“I went shopping yesterday morning. When I got to the checkout, I waited two or three minutes for one of the staff members at the computers to assist me; to my surprise, no one even asked if I needed anything. Eventually, someone who came from the back, asked me if I needed help, I don't remember exactly her name, but I think it was Jessie, Jessica, or something similar; she was very kind and polite. I work in customer service myself, and I feel the staff needs to improve in this area or change their strategy. If it weren't for her who kindly helped me, I would give you guys one star!
And the reason is because happened to me twice at the same store.”
