Shipping office lady will give u all the info u need. Drop and hooks for me in and out usually 30 min to a hr. Its according how busy.

Appt was 3 pm but I checked in at 1:30 pm so lady at guard wasn’t happy tho ! Restroom inside driver entrance or around office ! Drop your trailer and wait in employe parking lot with bobtail ! Loading took about 3 hour and good to go ! Floor loaded tire ! No overnight parking around !
