This store has been understaffed for over 6 months with one clerk running both inside registers and the drive thru. I don’t understand why they aren’t hiring more people to help out. I am switching pharmacies

I just left there. I encountered two of the rudest employees I've seen. The one that rang me up was very impatient. The employee next to her at the front standing there was belching and not saying excuse me. The bathroom was totally disgusting. One of the doors had the lock hanging off and the paper towel holder was open. I will not be in the CVS again.

Teresa and Ben were very helpful in refunding me the amount of an online order which I initially purchased at the CVS Thompson Bridge store! Thompson Bridge CVS would not refund me the amount from the online order because they said I did not have a receipt. I appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the manager Ben and employee Teresa at the Park Hill store who were able to get this straightened out for me. Thank you!!!

This place blows the competition down the hill out of the water. Ben was a huge help with photo printing and membership. He went out of his way to take care of my issue. Nice, clean, well stocked store. Thumbs up!

We have been customers here for a very long time. There was a mixup with my husbands prescription for a 90 day prescription and was told to take one month and come back when the rest was in stock. It took 2 months to get the rest of what we paid for and we were told he couldn't get the rest because we no longer have insurance. Basically they told us one thing and did another and they couldn't care less about doing the honorable thing and taking care of long standing customers.

I knew I should have checked the prices of the item I was purchasing with other stores, I was fine paying 15$ for some medicine, seemed a bit expensive but I never buy medicine so I figured it was a decent price, I checked competitors and found a store literally up the road that sells it for 5$, mind you cvs is a pharmacy store I figured their prices would be close to or better than a competitors store, but no I paid triple for a product that I could have went right up the road to buy for less, I will not be going back to this store or a cvs store ever again. I'd suggest other people check prices of other stores before ever considering cvs.My fault entirely, but extremely overpriced.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars rather than one, is because the prescriptions were accurate. I am very quick to acknowledge exceptional service with a positive review. I rarely leave negative ones, but the attitude with this woman needs to be checked. She was rude from the first encounter on the speaker. "Someone's coming." When I told her who the prescription was for, she said "spell it," so of course I did. She returned & merely said "there you go." I said "thank you," but she just turned & walked away. Rude customer service, & I can see why this CVS has such a low rating.
