Would give 0 if I could. Very bad tire chain. The changed a tire on my car after they did the work car tire would wobble while driving down the road. Now before I got my tires changed this never happened . When I went back up there and told them about what had happened they blamed it on my rim being bent and dismissed me to go get it fixed somewhere else. Worst customer service and they actually made my car worse after using them. Negative stars all across the board.

It was a fast and wonderful experience on a Friday morning.
I suggest picking your tires online/checking if they have the ones you want in store and setting up an appointment.
I was scheduled for 8:45AM for 2 new front tires.
You will get a text message with a link pertaining to the information about your appointment.
I checked in on the link/text notification I got.
To my surprise, I got a text around 8 saying I could come in early - So I did.
The workers were extremely nice and informative.
I ended up leaving the store around 8:35AM.
Fast. Convenient and worth it.

I am so thankful for this tire store. They are always busy, but always so helpful and efficient. I am a busy real estate agent and had no idea something like this could go into a tire!!! I was so thankful I had road hazard protection from Discount Tire and so thankful they were able to replace my tire within an hour or so. So thankful!!!

I had bought 4 new tires from discount tires and they were installed there. After the installation, I had realize that the psi on one of my tires was at 9. I informed the mechanic and he told me it was okay and the sensor will adjust to the new tire. I simply agreed and went on my way. After driving bumpy for about a week, I finally decided to take a closer look and realized that my tire was flat the whole time. The only reason I didn't put 1 star is bc they were compliant and worked with me. Luckily nothing happened to me while I was driving on a flat tire. I genuinely like to shop here bc it is cheaper than other tire shops and I have bought new tires from the exact location a few years prior. Also the first time I bought tire, they didn't give me the one I bought. They gave me other tires that were equivalent, which I didn't refuse bc it would've taken another week to receive the one I ordered. Simply, if they just order the right tires and thoroughly installed the tires, this review would be a 5 star. Customer service is great, but quality of work.....not so much.

I will always come to here for my tires. The customer service is the best. I don't feel out of place as a woman coming in. They make you feel welcome and so quick to get your tires on. They explain everything to you. Thank you!

A coworker went there yesterday to get all new tires. Was told they were going to switch them a size up because they didn't have the size her car had in stock. Naturally, not knowing about cars, she asked if that was alright and was assured that it would even be better as more businesses carried these larger tires.
She was not able to make it a mile down the road without her car actively smoking. She called for help and after making it back to the business was affirmed that this was not good for the car. Duh. She being unconfrontational just left it at that, as they put a slightly smaller sized tire on her car and made it at least drivable. This is recent and we are still looking into our options on the matter.

Came in for a flat repair, it was free. Huge win. They also said it would take 45 minutes to get it done they got it done In like 20. Staff were super nice and didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need. Will be back when I need new tires. I think Isidro was the guy I talked to and he was awesome.

I visit way more often than I'd like to, but the service is always great. They answer all my questions and do great work. I'd probably be broke without the free tire patches so I definitely appreciate that. Will likely be back. Recommend scheduling appts for shorter wait times.

I went by there cause I had a Nail on my tire, the Gentleman told me it was not Fixable, After Him Checking All of my 4 tires, he told me I needed new Tires! The Point is, I got 4 New Tires, paying Over $700, when I only wanted to pay for one ? (Not his Fault) Once I got my 4 new tires, he told me they are good for at least 50,000 miles, and that’s when I realized, how come I needed new tires, if my car has only 24,000 miles?? ???♀️(just a thought). They sure are good At what they do, Very Good Customer Service, and very Convincing! ? everyone is Super Nice there, and the good thing is that I get free service and tire rotation. On the other hand, when I got my car back, I noticed big stains on my door, and my car was like New Before that, good Thing Almost all came off with a wet towel… But you can never be a little more careful in the future ?
