Christian, Bo, and Reece were absolutely phenomenal. As a female, getting your car worked on can sometimes seem daunting but these gentlemen were incredibly respectful and answered all my questions! Will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

I called this morning with a flat tire and with no appointment, they had me come in immediately. They called just a couple of hours later and explained I didn't need a new tire, they fixed the issue and gave me GREAT customer service. I really needed this as I had made an appointment at a different place the day before and was treated horribly when I went to drop off my car. Express Oil will get all my business from now on!

I tried this express oil location for the first time this week and they provided top notch services. Christian was very thorough and his expertise was evident. The entire process was flawless and seemed to take less time than advertised. The manager Bo offered a friendly greeting immediately upon arriving and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I am definitely a satisfied customer and will be going back again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Its advertised as 10 minute oil change. I spend almost 20 mins waiting before Christian even acknowledged me. There was one car in the garage and it had no one in it or was touched. He wasn't even friendly. Oil change took longer than 10 mins and almost didn't give me the LD discount I won't be coming back.

I really liked the location, it was super convenient. The guys were really nice, and Christian even walked me through checking my own oil and transmission fluid. Thanks to the amazing customer service, this is the only place I will be going from now on!
