Great experience. I needed a car battery quick. I went in around 6:30pm and was not optimistic. Leo was the associate that helped me. He was polite and professional. They had my battery in stock and had it installed quickly. What great service, especially so late in the day. Thank you Leo, I appreciate your helpful attitude so much. Ten stars!!

took my bmw there for a battery replacement and registration, and left disappointed with a non functioning cluster. when i dropped my car off it was working why would i lie, when confronted they stuck to there guns on how it wasn’t working the whole time they had it. long story short this is gonna cost me AT LEAST another 300$ on top of what i paid them at a different shop i don’t know why i ever took my car there i should’ve know better, but they also did NOTHING to try and make it right no discount no offer to try and fit it LITERALLY nothing NEVER going back there or using them again and will always bad mouth them to anyone thinking of going there.

I started to have issues with my brakes thinking I needed new brake pads, so I set up an appointment on the same day because the site allowed me to. I came in around time for my appointment, just to find out that they didn't really know there was one. The guy at the counter (believing to be named Leo) didn't seem too enthusiastic and made claims that since it was Sunday, their drivers for parts weren't there so they would do an inspection and see if they had anything available at the location. An hour and half goes by and my truck has yet to move, even if it was just an "inspection". To avoid being late for work, I had gone back up to get my keys back and all I g.ot was some under the breath apology

Great experience here with my scheduled maintenance. The customer service rep was so kind to me, even though I was constantly asking him questions. The lead mechanic clearly knew what he was doing and did everything I asked for with no delay. The place was very clean, organized and efficient. I actually worked from the lounge area and it was very doable with reliable service. I will definitely be returning.

All I had to do was communicate by email when I couldn't reach Val by phone. His professional advice when needing special parts is priceless. He has built a good team in this critical industry. Developing an understanding of parts of an automobile and a patient demeanor as a customer is key to finding your right mechanic.. you get what you pay for out there, and I think it is a great facility! We appreciate you! ?

Can barely get these people to align my car properly. Trying to charge me $400 simply because there is dirt around my chamber adjustments. As I told them I'm a mechanic. It takes me 2 minutes to pull some bolts out. Clean the dirt and put them back in. People are complete waste time and a rip-off. Now I have to take my car app there 3 times possibly 4. Just to get one alignment.

I've never written a negative review. But these guys shouldn't be in business. I had four tires shipped from TireRack to their shop for install. Made an appointment - showed up at the time of my appointment and was told I'd need to leave the truck until close - so clearly, they don't honor their appointments, since that is no more than a 45 minute job.However, I could have let that go. But when I picked up the truck, I discovered that they had broken off one of the posts on the wheel AND had broken the locking lug by over-tightening. And when we called their attention to it, they refused to fix it - and then said I could bring it back in 2 WEEKS to have it repaired AT MY COST!Oh - and the $118 that TireRack quoted me for installation - ended up being almost $250 when Firestone was done.They didn't seem to care that they were overcharging me, consuming more of my time than necessary - and BREAKING MY TRUCK!Do yourself a favor and find a better shop.Services: Tires

I'm beyond impressed with this place. I bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey a few months ago and it has been a project to say the least. When I got it, it had no AC, but the heat worked. I had to take it somewhere else for some work to be done and when I got it back, the climate control module wasn't working....great. Fast forward a few weeks, the check engine light came on....go figure... Nothing that came up on the code reader was making the vehicle dangerous to drive, but of course auto zone wants to have you buy every little thing. I held off and I'm glad I did.I brought the van to Firestone in Gainesville, GA to have the AC fixed. They fixed the climate control module, which was just a bad fuse. The fixed the AC and gave me options of which way to go with fixing it. And they checked the check engine light. They were more than ethical with their response. The van needs a software update. The man that called me said it was absolutely something they could do for me, but they would have to charge me for it. So he recommended me to go to the dealer and see if they would do it for free. He told me to wait until after doing that to do anything else that was recommended because I may not ACTUALLY need it. He told me the codes that come up are very generic codes and often times are only showing up because of the software issue. WHO KNEW. I may still wind up needing to get all of it..but the fact that he was willing to recommend me to do something else and potentially save a few hundred backs means a lot. you don't find that often anymore. Now the grand finale...I dropped my car off yesterday morning at 7:40ish and was able to pick my kids up from daycare for the first time in months without having all of us drenched in sweat by 5:30. They got it done that fast. ONE LAST THING TO BRAG ABOUT....My skid plate was hanging down and driving me crazy...I didn't notice until this morning that they fixed it for me!!!10 out of 5 stars to you guys for sure. The whole process was a breeze.

I'm sure everyone is no longer there but from 1993-2010 I used this place for all my vehicles. Great customer service and professional care. I moved away in 2010 so don't know how they are now...

I stop in Friday to check to the 6 month alignment I paid for in January and to re balance my front tires that are vibrating. I was told by Val that I can only drop it off or make an appointment. Was weird cause the waiting room was empty but ok, I made one for today Monday at 10AM. it's rounding 1:30 so i called to check and i'm told it's not done yet it would be another hour. my wife goes at 2:30 and the car has not been moved from where it was left his morning. the guy inside says they started it but had to pull it out. SO you started an alignment and balance and had to stop? I called and tell him to give her the keys cause it's been all day, why set an appointment if it's hold held. The response i got was OK i will and the guy hung up on me, no apologies nothing just a hang up. My wife walks in and he hands her the keys and says bye have a great day all sarcastic. This is unacceptable ! I'm so glad i paid for a service with a warranty but when it's time to claim the warranty and the employee's aren't making $$$ i get pushed back even with a appointment, then get ZERO customer service. cause I'm unset cause an alignment check and balancing 2 tires should not take 5-6 hours? Good Job Firestone, glad customer service is such a priority.
