We were dealing with a Power of Attorney situation, and both Kari and Kathy were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind through it all. They didn’t let me sit and wait but instead offered to call me back as soon as they had the go ahead from the legal team. We love banking with Georgia’s Own.

The staff are extremely kind and very helpful! I was introduced with a smile and warm greeting. Kathy was extremely nice and very educated on loans. She addressed all my questions before I even had to ask them! But most importantly she was so genuine and honest. That is something that very valuable and appreciated. I went to the credit union to set up a CD for my grandson and we had a wonderful experience with the staff. Very informative and the ease of the whole experience was quick and easy! We deposited it money into Georgia's Own because of the great rates. But the service provided by Haley was much more impressive. She made the experience very simple and efficient.

Every since I have gotten my Georgia's Own Credit Union Card I have been experiencing major issues like my pin not working and I even setup a Checking account with them but by the next week it turns out they setup a saving account instead. Waste of time please avoid this bank if you do online shopping.

We went this morning to get a couple papers notarized. My husband went in and I stayed in the car with my sleeping toddler. Brian was so nice to my husband and I. He went out of his way and brought everything to the car so we didn’t have to disturb my daughter! Amazing customer service! Thank you so much guys!

By far the worst bank ive ever used no customer support without calling there call center that closes at 4 pm with the bank branches . Might seem far to workers but when your card gets locked up at night you have to wait til the next day to get support on it. Call center is confusing to use and even tranfer from georgia own to georgia own there is a hold on money . They told me on the phone they cant do bank to bank transfer to regions bank . My account was locked up because i logged in on my computer for the first time called was told to change my password so i did they locked it up 3 times while on the phone with one of the “support team members” more like useless individual (s) would give zero star if i could

My spouse and I visited this branch to open a new account, and we were helped by Community Manager, Brian. He gave us amazing customer service and everyone at the branch was very polite and friendly! I cannot rave enough about Brian - my spouse is not easy to please, but Brian was so informative and helpful, we were just overly pleased with the interaction. Brian was not pushy at all and educated us on everything we needed to know and more. I highly recommend this branch location and Brian's customer service deserves raving reviews! Thank you!

At the moment I only have a savings account with Georgia's Own Credit Union. But, I plan on opening other accounts soon. My savings account earns 0.1% interest on the balance. I know that doesn't sound like much but, compared to my savings account at Bank of America which only yields 0.03% interest the Georgia's Own account is earned a decent amount. The employees are always friendly and helpful, no matter what branch I visit. I would recommend this Credit Union to anyone.
