Patty was so sweet and has great customer service. She went out of her way to make sure I got my vitamins that was supposed to be shipped and got canceled twice. She got another employee to get a bottle from another store and took the time to call me and let me know. Thank you Patty you are amazing!!

I'm Still giving my favorite store, five stars. Because Ms patty and her amazing staff, have always given me. Top notch service, very knowledgeable of the correct vitamins and supplements I need Thank you again, Ms patty. Once again the GNC store on dawsonville highway will be number one on my list because Miss Patty the attendant there knows what I've always need she gets 10 Stars if I could give her 20 stars

Came for a colon cleanse, and asked for a recommendation. The clerk directed me to a product. When I returned home to use the product, it was a detox cleanse.This location does not have a knowledgeable sales associate, they are ring up products. I will be returning the products I purchased, and that will be my last visit to this business.Thank You for wasting my time.

Big lady with the Grey hair and bad lipstick was rude. Refused to search inventory for an item, angry tone of voice when asked to do so.

I always pickup my Amazon, packages at this store and have ever had any issue (usually is a young guy) very nice that says “Hi, how can I help you” but, this time there was a Lady, chatting in the phone, I had to wait for her to finish, did not even say “Hi”... I had 2 packages, and off course I had 2 codes, well she scan both packages at the same time and then scanned one code by that time I received 2 emails saying picked up successfully... but, then she scanned the other code and she tells me I’m sorry this code has already been picked ??♀️!!!! So, she called Amazon, (I know they told her “ you already scanned both packages”) I’m like this never happened before and she said “I know how to do my job” REALLY???? I very feel bad for the store management but, she needs to be trained starting from greeting customers.
