I Left my car to be fixed with them for days & I had a friend visiting so I didn't need to rent a car, they said that it would be ready by Friday but when I went to pick it up they hadn't even started on it!! Now I have to rent a car & my husband is in a wheelchair & my car that was supposed to have been ready was a car that had been reconstructed for a wheelchair! They really inconvenienced me.

I took my Lexus here to get it fixed after My accident. When we went to pick it up the the car looked brand new . Except the backup camera wasn't working right . That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. However they did get it fixed for me no hassle at all .

Aaron over at Hardman Body Shop took excellent care of me. He consistently called and emailed me to let me know the status of my vehicle. He never left me guessing or wondering. Going above and beyond is just a Tuesday for Aaron. The quality of body work was flawless. After Hardman Body Shop repaired my car they washed and waxed it. My car looks better than the day I bought it!

Hardman body shop did an excellent job repairing my Jeep Renegade after an accident in July. My vehicle looks new again. Thank you very much for all the great work you did to get my Jeep looking new again!

Have no car available to take had to wait in the waiting area for 3 1/2 hours. Shuttle only takes you 10 to 12 miles .Never again

Don't do it!!!! We trusted Hardman Collision to do the minor repairs on our luxury suv, and having thier employee reassure us that we will not be able to tell it had been repaired when they finish. WRONG!!!!! This turned out to be a painful process! When they said it was ready, I was happy to go check it out. I found that the large areas looked nice but all important detail areas were left unfinished and obvious to ANYONE who looked that the car had been repainted. The blend areas inside the door jams and the hatch did not match other parts of the car and the body line was not even flush with the bumper cover. We returned 3 yes THREE times and it still was not right! They made me feel like it was my fault that they could not do thier job well, and expected us to accept a poor job. We ended up accepting the car on the third return trip because they wanted to charge us more for a "bracket" which they said they replaced, but could not produce the old part (which i requested). The front desk woman got so rude that she would not even talk to my wife when she walked her to the front for payment. To add insult to injury, I noticed a couple of days later that the blind spot monitoring didn't work and the plastic cover under the rear of the car was not even installed right. I reinstalled that myself because it was easier than trying to deal with Hardman Collision. We won't be using Harddman ever again.

I was contacted by Mark Bradley through TrueCar. I was given three GM-Buick dealerships that were in my area. Mark was the first to contact me and give me truthful, honest answers to all my questions. He listened to my needs and there was no rush or pressure to buy. My new Encore and I look forward to our upcoming relationship with this Jim Hardman Buick for years to come.

Great experience from start to finish! Met Jody initially and had an honest coversation about the car and features — and there was no pressure! Then returned to the dealership within the week to purchase the vehicle and once again just a causal, no pressure, stress-free transaction. They were kind enough to stay past business hours to finish up! Great dealership, nice guys, and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a GM vehicle to check out Jim Hardman!
