Tammy was very kind and helpful. We found something we liked but weren’t pressured to buy or anything. We’re evaluating how to put it in our space and will probably go back to order from her if we decide to go that route.

Ok so far you guys have done a good job and have some very nice selections now let's see if you can deliver on time when you say you will, that's the bottomline with all furniture dealers. Many dealers I've dealt with haven't delivered in time and make excuses to deliver later. Thank you for your patient with me and the great people working with you.

We were delighted to find a unique chair that totally fit our needs. Al was a great salesman and demonstrated the workings of the recliner. He facilitated the process smoothly and with a great sense of humor, making the experience a pleasant one.

Purchased a couch for our new home here back at the end of June. The piece is great and it was a good experience from the sales to delivery and set up.
What has not been great, is their lead time and understanding of their supply chain. One of our pieces was in back order and we were told it would be in early August when we purchased. Just a week later we get told late July! Now it is end of September and we just get a message once every three weeks pushing the delivery back a few months, now it’s November. Guess we are stuck with half a couch for a good bit longer.
Good sales associates, nice store and good delivery. I’d caution anyone to order anything that’s on back order or short supply!
Edit: updated 9/30/24, Haverty’s reached out and spoke with me on the issue. Again, very nice associates and they feel badly about the supply challenges this vendor is facing. Maybe this is a one-off issue.
Update 5/25- havertys worked with us throughout the ordeal and helped out with shipping costs and showed a lot of empathy. Still wish we had a picture of BO time going into it but the team at this location is very helpful and nice.

We came in looking for a living room chair with specific measurements in mind.
We weren't real hopeful, because we have looked at a lot of showrooms. The salesperson was nice and friendly. She was attentive but didn't hover. She answered our questions and was really helpful in addressing our needs. We left with a new chair ordered for future pick up.
I was pleasantly surprised with the experience; I came back in to ask about how to read the invoice and was shown how to identify what we ordered for our understanding.
I am really excited about my new chair, it fit my needs and the measurement we had to work with.
The chair sat nicely; I know it will go great in our living room.
