The food is fantastic. The atmosphere is basic but not the fault of Hops. I wish they would move to an actual restaurant location and have weekend hours. I rarely get to eat there now because of my work schedule. Well worth the trip.

Do not let the location deter you! You will miss out on one of the best Philly Cheesesteaks in the southeast region and the All-American Cheeseburger is what burger lovers dream of!Pair it with a basket of their fresh hand cut fries while enjoying one of the best music playlists a restaurant can have and you'll walk out of there wishing you hadn't discovered them sooner!The owner is very kind and we hope nothing but the best for this establishment!

The food wasn't bad. But it didn't have much flavor and was just ok. I had the tuna salad salad. Tuna and greens were fresh. But flavorless. The salad dressing had no flavor. But it all seemed healthy. My son had the Bahni MI. You really have to have good French bread to start a Bahn mi off right. This didn't have that. We won't go back.

Hops is worth every penny. I can't rate the atmosphere, because I pick up my order as soon as the door opens. But the chicken sandwiches be about two to three pounds in my eyes.

Best burgers period. The burgers are big, cooked perfectly and they are big. I only need the burger for lunch. At Hops, you get what you pay for. Excellent food. Southern Belle Burger, where have you been all my life?

The service was wonderful & timely. I got the black ham sandwich and it was phenomenal. They make their own chips in-house which are so yummy. The location works perfectly for being a member of the INK museum and the portions are perfect for splitting with a little one. We love this place!

I did a pick up order with Uber but had to order the food and pay with Uber card. First time me ever doing this myself and when it asked for a tip I said no tip cause I’m not if they wanted to leave a tip or not since they are mandatory. Well the guy taking the order was very rude and said well that’s why he don’t like 3 party companies! Okay well if you don’t like them then simple take your restaurant off the app as an options! There is no need to be rude to people that are helping you make your money.
