The atmosphere is typically nice and calm, with affordable prices and a small fee per person for public play sessions held in two-hour blocks, which is more than enough time. The place is not overcrowded and allows for free play, with exhibits fully stocked with play items and maintained cleanly.
However, some reviews note that many interactive items do not actually work or lack power, such as police car lights and buttons on train sets. The space can become chaotic when field trips coincide with public play, leading to overcrowding. Fun and diverse playtime for the kids as well as the adults in our group. We brought ages 6 months to 12 years old with parents and grandparents, and we all left saying it was enjoyable.

We. Had. A. Blast!!!!!! I took my 4 year old and we were there almost 2 hours. We pretend played so much. Next time I'm bring both kids. I'd definitely suggest this place for kids 7/8, and under. They will have a blast! Publix, the school, and the Diner were our three favorite activities.
