I recently purchased a modular building. I had assumed it would be easy to find all the tie down and anchoring materials locally, but that was not the case. Lanier Area Mobile Home Parts was able to provide everything I needed, and they ordered what they don't normally stock. Everything was ready in just a couple of days. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent. I can't say enough good things about this business. Highly recommended.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable about mobile homes and all of the products he provides for them. If you need to know something regarding a mobile home or you need anything for one i would highly recommend you to go here ...fair priced , honest and professional.
