I had no major issues with my unit. Helen was very nice and polite. I had my unit for over 3 years and was late on about 4 instances, she had to remind me once, the other times I was out of state and contacted them and were understanding.

As noted by others...very shady and rude. Paid by check in the mail which seems to have gotten lost interestingly while they were in vacation. I show up to get a few items out for my son and there is another lock. I tell her I will check my account as should she Monday AM and tells other people there to tell me I can't take anything until I pay again! Not to mention we've had motor oil leaking from the unit beside us reported over a month ago ...which they've done nothing. Also lost one of the keys to my unit. Getting my remaining items as soon as possible. DO NOT trust your belongings here.

Very shady people. They let someone else close out my storage steal all my belongings 2 days before my bill was due. The absolute worst.

Price is very good for the space that you get. I've not met the owner but I've heard very nice and things. Also I was glad to see that the local cops keep a close eye on it to. :)

Helen at Lanier Mini Storage runs a very shady business. She cut the lock off of our unit and let someone who was not on the lease obtain property from the unit. She told us that since we would only be needing the unit for a few days into the next month we could pay a half months rent, but then tried to charge us for a full months rent plus the fee for cutting out lock off the unit which did not even know happened until we went to the unit and our lock was gone. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
