Worst clinic in Gainesville. The doctors are hamstrung by corporate rules and regulations, I wouldn't go back unless forced.

Dr. Klacik degraded and humiliated my child. This doctor and his lack of bedside manner should not be dealing with children. The assumptions he made and words he said could cause a child severe emotional trauma.

I don't want to give one star if there is an option. My mother in law is mobility impaired and have difficult time keeping up doctor appointments. Especially during this pandemic elderly has greater chances to contract COVID 19. But this clinic does not care about the risk and careless about the potential danger of patient. They expect her to go 7 different appointments in person. Do they expect to see her jumping and dancing? They don't care about her disability status, only to concern all the protocols. She missed an appointment and the next thing we know is that a neglect report was filed. Are these people coherent?

Everyone is knowledgeable and seemed to care. Dr. Waits explained my upcoming procedure and answered all my questions. As he came highly recommended, I can see why. He put me at ease with his expertise, I'm confident with his recommendation and I appreciate him giving me realistic expectations. Many medical professionals unintentionally give you high expectations and you are left disappointed with the results. This procedure will not completely solve my pain issues but it will be a vast improvement.

I'm a patient of another longstreet clinic which has only been fabulous to me. This office is less than stellar. Dr. Mullis did a wonderful job on my gallbladder procedure, but the staff at this office is terrible. The only reason for the second star is because of Dr. Mullis. They do things at their own pace and it takes multiple calls before they get in touch with you. Before and after a surgery, the last thing you want to deal with is a attitudes, rudeness, and a poor bedside manner. Once I get cleared from Dr. Mullis, I won't be touching this place again with a 10 foot pole. I'll stay in the Johns Creek area from now on.

Don’t waste your time with the pediatrics office, go somewhere else. Great doctors, terrible front office and administration, incredibly (emphasize that) rude nurses on the nurses line. The WORST!

Your front office staff needs to be trained on better customer service and how to deal with patients who are of minority race, specifically, African Americans. The young Caucasian lady at the front desk was very rude, not only over the phone, but also in person. Throwing paperwork at a patient and talking down to them as if they are stupid is clearly unprofessional and demeaning. Staff members like these will make the establishment a poor one.

I visited this office this morning for a severe headache x6 days along with experiencing light headed and dizzy spells. It's been on going and really effecting my daily active lifestyle. After waiting an hour in the waiting room as usual, I had a visit with NP Ling Qin who acted as though she didn't care what was going on. I felt like she wasn't truly listening to me. After explaining to her all my symptoms, she proceeded to tell me she needed to covid test me because I work in the medical field and got frustrated with me when I told her no. She got upset with me when I took my mask off because I was trying to explain something to her and she kept making me repeat myself, so I took it off because I felt like I wasn't being heard. She then proceeded to tell me to go home and use an ibuprofen regimen like I haven't already been doing so. After repeatedly telling her ibuprofen doesn't help, she decided to prescribe me medicine for migraines, which she never called in. I had to contact them to get the prescriptions sent in. She finally ordered blood work and a urine analysis on me to "make sure." But I truly feel like it was a waste of time and a waste of money. After today, I suggest finding a primary care doctor instead of going to this place. At least a primary care doctor will listen and do all they can to make you feel better.

Ask when they can schedule your surgery before going there and letting them take your copay and insurance. I paid a $40 copay and waited just for them to tell me they couldn’t schedule the surgery for almost two months meanwhile I am in pain and discomfort 24/7. I can’t believe they get people in there knowing they are booked up for surgeries. It’s a scam and I will be getting my money back on Monday when they open. I thought they said the surgery would be Oct 27th not Nov 27th. Amazing. Do not waste your time going there.

I made an appt for me and my other half for physicals and to establish a new doctors office. When I told them we have high deductibles and wanted to pay cash, we were whisked away to the SAME room for our physicals at the same time..and we aren't even married. The nurse practitioner hurried through it all, we told her we had been with cold symptoms and we had slight fevers when they took our temps, however no Covid test was offered. My heart rate was 106 and she didn't even question or mention it. Turns out we both HAD Covid and didn't know it at the time. Even though we went into the same room at the same time we both were charged 165.00 each for a simple physical and I had to call them back to get the 30% discount for paying cash that didn't reflect on my bill. We both feel like we weren't treated in a caring way and the physicals were a joke so won't be back.

My son got Covid he was tested at Long Street they sent him home with Finnegan and a Z pack nothing else so I called up there they after hours on-call doctor would not prescribe Hydro Cora Quinn or ivermectin because she said it had not been FDA approved for use for Covid but yet they're pushing Covid vaccines and sticking needles in peoples arms for a vaccine that has not been approved by the FDA it bewilders me that somebody would tell me that that's the reason they're not gonna give me any preventative medication I'll give my son any of this medication that has been proven to fight Covid because it hasn't been FDA approved but yet they're more than happy to stick a needle in your arm full of crap that has not been FDA approved as a vaccine for Covid makes you think. they're not too smart

I just want to let all the nurses and Doctor Aycinena that I appreciate all the care I received at Longstreet clinic. Y’all do an amazing job. If the scale rating went as high as a ten star. I would definitely rate this place a 10.0 same goes for the staff in the operating room at Northeast Georgia Medical center ✌️ & ❤️
