Meanf my mom usually shop there but yesterday trying check see how much pants we're my mom would like the girl register didn't show any reaction of course say can't sale it and wait for other full set but I'll tell you she was rude and show no interest in customers. All clothes wrong coat hanger mix match very dis organized even my mom asked didn't buy anything never go back for awhile they do need take better care of customers and surroundings. Bad service and sloppy store.

I don't have any idea how a person named Julie is a manager for Marshalls. I have seen and heard her disrespect a young lady named Katelyn and an older woman with pink hair who has said a number of times she's been with the company for over 20 years. THAT woman should be respected but Julie doesn't. This store still has a couple excellent managers but she acts like she is everyone's boss. I walked by when I heard her tell a young woman that she needed to go to the fitting room but the worker said HER boss told her to work where she was. She has jumped all over workers for wearing shirts that aren't company policy yet wears them herself. It's sad but when my husband and I come in, we leave immediately. We feel sorry for the employees when she's working

A lot of stuff they sell can be expensive but unlike most other similar retail outlets(which I shouldn’t need to mention) they actually have a pretty big clearance section for clothes or whatever…and a lot of there shoes are actually priced even lower than what you might find even at Walmart!

I usually shop for a specific item and am not just a wandering type shopper. I go to Marshall's with specific things in mind, most recently an all-leather backpack purse. They had EXACTLY what I wanted. I wish they had more clothes in plus sizes, but they always have great purses, wallets, home decor and kitchen items as well as unique types of interesting snacks. I could never have found the purse I wanted for the price they had anywhere else that I know around Gainesville. Great store!!

Fitting rooms don’t open until 11am and they were closed when I went at 8pm too. Kind of defeats the purpose of a clothing store… they had staff present but the manager said they weren’t going to open them despite multiple people asking to use them.
