Shipper has overnight parking/ staging. Depending on how you come in, you will be blindsided backing, extremely narrow space for docking. Bathroom is located on the inside. Circle K truck stop less than 1 mile away

Shipping/Receiving opens at 7:00 AM. They get you in the door quickly and unload you just as quick.
Backing into the door can be a challenge with the multiple rows of pallets across from the door. Overnight parking for 4-5 trucks in dirt lot to the right of the building.
