The tall white Guy that works at night when I go around 3-5 am is very unprofessional and rude all the time, maybe he should look for another job because it looks like he hates being there and is not fit to be in customer service with that attitude

I went to the QT on Saturday January 2 at 12:00pm. I was trying to buy cigarettes for my son that was of age to purchase cigarettes, but he did not have the money. The White manager on duty refused to sell me the cigarettes, because he wrongly accused me of trying to make a 3 party sell.
I was completely disrespected. This manager should be immediately terminated. I cannot believe that QT has allowed individuals that are completely disrespectful to customers to work at QT

I really try to avoid this Gas station but unfortunately I had to stop here @2:18 am (9/28) , my bf and I walked in QT Nataliee .B was working the counter she looked at us walking up to the counter never greeted us she proceeded to walk away as soon as we got to the counter, so we stood there another costumer walked up as well and she went straight to him, she just came off very rude/ stuck up not everyone is built for costumer service working at a very busy gas station is not the job for you do better.

Lady was extremely dismissive. Was going to buy a case of beer for my lake day on labor day Monday Sept 1st. And she was rude and dismissive. Second the fountain drink machines never work. And 3rd. There was no cleaner in the washer fluid for windshields.

I like QT's. I usually like their ice cream, but sometimes it's old and yellowish. Every QT I've asked to provide a sample has obliged. A young man at this particular location said they don't give samples. Fine. I don't buy ice cream or anything else here.

I've never been to a gas station with employees that have the most pitiful, disrespectful, rude and have the most discrimination towards customers. I don't have to go into detail because I'm not the only victim. Corporate needs to fire the whole staff start from scratch. There's absolutely no reason for anybody to have to deal with this issue. Corporate will be notified of this problem.

There is a manager there that wears glasses and has short brown hair. This man is very dishonest. I will never go there again.The staff nice but this guy was awful. I know QT hires better than this for management.

Why do the cars readers don't work. This is a chain has station that makes millions of dollars. Why do we have to go into the store to pay. Is that to get us to buy something? Racetrack is so much better. Qt is Walmart, Racetrack is Target. Do you get it.

This QT gets 4 stars for their great employees! I had a gas pump today spew gas all over me. I reported it to the employees, and they were incredibly concerned about my wellbeing and making sure I was okay. Thank you Kevin for taking so much time with me today - very kind of you. I also appreciate this location usually having great pricing on gas compared to others in town.
