This store and all other Racetracs in this area closes doors just about every night. We like coming at night to eat outside and get coffee and snacks . We have drove around to two or more on same night and no luck at finding one open on several occasions. .we have been coming to racetrac for years and racetrac has lost millions of dollars over the years because of this problem. At night you could make money 🤑 we can tell the money is going straight to your competitors across the street (Quick Trip)..I believe that this problem is in all level of employees. Several times we know there would be two people in a lot of stores and told only one person so that's why they closed. We complained a few years back to Manager, Lea just to get problem fixed intermittently... They don't even answer the window. Hope this wakes you up so we can continue to smell the coffee. Please and thank you.

This is the worst gas station I’ve ever been in. All the Employees were sitting around and doing nothing. They didn’t even have coffee… Anyways with that said if you’re in a road trip your better off going somewhere else to stop.

Great store and location. The staff is awesome and constantly keeping busy. My family and I love this store. It's always clean especially the bathroom.

I'll bypass every gas station in gainesville to get to this racetrac. The store is always clean, the night staff is always friendly and helpful. Royneice is the best.

Best customer service. The lady behind the counter I think her name is Rineice. She was friendly The store is clean. The bathroom is clean. Everything was well stocked. A lot better the other gas stations I visited

Manager has very bad attitude…. Always on her phone and making customers wait while she’s on it. Even the other employees act the same. Used to have a very good crew.

The service was okay the food was okay. But the lady said I should not be feeding the animals around here. And I said well they got to eat too she said I should not be doing that at all. That's just in my nature to treat all animals respect even her. I said look at the positive side of it I said least the cat is keeping the mouse population down around here. I could say things about their dirty parking lot and their trash cans thinking up the place

As the Atlanta area is slowly shut down due to a snowstorm the proprietor of this store allowed me to park my semi at their location for the evening. It is very clean, well stocked and the staff are friendly, professional and give kindness to strangers in need. I was thoroughly impressed.

I bought something that cost $3.20 and he gives me back a dollar and says a dollar is your change when good well 1. 80 was my change. As I am standing there waiting on the rest of my change, he starts counting out the change and says all I have is nickels and still only gives me $.60 so I hope whoever reads this watch and make sure that they count their money correctly because the manager seemed to not care either
