Alex Alampi, our Reach sales rep, made the transition from our previous Kyocera service company seamless. He was very thorough when explaining our copier options. Reach even takes care of returning our previous leased copier. I couldn't have asked for better service!!

Logan B did a great job fixing our printer and fax machine. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left, which is really appreciated. It was clear he genuinely cared about doing a good job, not just getting in and out quickly.

We have been using them for many years and are on our second copier with them. We've printed millions of pages and when there are occasionally issues with our workhorse volume of printing their technicians are well versed, Johnny on the spot folks who if they can't fix it immediately from their depth of expertise, explain the next steps and get it resolved very quickly.
Pricing is fair and their team works really well together. If Brian L can't help you the other Brian or Sam can, etc. Customer service may be dead in 2025, but not with these guys!

WOW! There's no doubt that this is a great company. The technicians are very knowledgeable and are experts in their craft. They are quick to admit that they might now know everything but will not leave you hanging without resolution for your problem. Brian Turner is an expert printer guru and one of the best they have. Their entire team is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is always first and taken care of. Just a phone call or email and it's taken care of. More sales people than technology repair people. They said they would send a technician out- and then two days later had a sales person call instead of a technician to try and sell us a new copier twice.

Reach is an awesome company to work with. They were able to quickly find and order a product for our organization that was in short supply and challenging to find. We were a small order for their company, yet their customer service went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and that our order reached us in time despite shipping delays outside of their control.
