Some of the slowest service and a severely obvious lack of staff. Everytime I have to go in here, expect to wait 20 minutes to perform a 2 minute deposit. I'm better off going to the ATM than trying to get any help efficiently or effectively. Hell, I may change banks because I'm tired of dealing with this.

Treat you as though you’re a criminal at your own bank account and always giving you dirty look and they feel like they can talk to you any type of way and they don’t resolve any issues that you may have as far as a manager goes don’t go to this regions it is a complete joke

If I could give them 0 I would. I called them cause my account was - so much. And I didn't know what was going on. They said they get it straighten out by the end of the day. Well that night it was locked my account up all the way around so I went in to the region bank that next morning. They said they have to get approve by the manager and give me a call back. They didn't call me back. I called them. He said he'll call me back in 30 minute they never did. I called every day for a week to keep getting the same answer we will call you back. Didn't get any answer yet. So I went in there after it still not straighten out. They told me they hold it open to I get my SSI check on the first. But since they 1st was sunday. Friday they told me to come in Monday " today" so I came in to try get the check outta the account. they said that they sent it back to SSI so contact the sender of the check. After they said they hold it open. I had fraud like happen to my account and I didn't have anything to do with it. I didn't forward anything to my account. I didn't sign or authorize it. The money didn't get touch it got sent back it time to just find a new bank.

After having a not so pleasant visit, the branch manager Hugo took time to reach out to me and helped me resolve my issue. Hugo was not only helpful but very respectful. I’m glad that Regions have people like him that care about their customers.

Regions service has really been poor in the 4 years that I have been a customer. The fraud dept has blocked my cards to the point that I have fear of going out of town or online usage.And attempts to contact service operators will take at least 30 minutes to an hour & half from my experience. I think it's time to look for a different bank that can assist customers much better.

Customer service at the bank is very good. Staff is helpful and kind to you. Regions as a bank sucks. Locked my mom out of her account multiple times for meticulous reasons. Finally decided to close her account without telling her. Only reason it has 4 stars is because I know it’s not any of the branch members’ fault the system is gonna do what it’s programmed to do.

This location is kind of annoying to get around the parking lot, especially if you come in from Shallowford for the ATM; you've got to go through the bank parking lot, out the back to Jones St and then back in to the other side where the lines and ATM are.
