Went here today to get my mom some pants for work did the BOGO . Got home the one pair fit nicely the other pair not so much . Went back tonight to just exchange the one pair for ones that would fit better instead of just a basic exchange they did a full return for the lesser price of the pair of pants. then made me pay an extra $10.69 to get an exchange for a pair of pants which was beyond stupid because all of there pants are 30 plus dollars . So they told me to not have to pay I would have to bring back the other pair of pants too do a full return and the repurchase the ones that fit along with the pair I wanted to just exchange for a different size. I have never heard of this before any where's but hey when you have a bunch of kids running a store that don't have much knowledge of how to exchange versus refund is just crazy do job's not really train anybody any more.wont be shopping at this store anymore. Will just go to the one at the mall from here on out.
