Most of the people complaining the most about not getting enough assistance from Salvation Army , never donated 1 Dime to SA or any other Charity . They expect more while never giving anything . Salvation Army does what they can to help , with the little they have ….
You all that are now in need , remember when you get back up to Strech out a helping hand to SA when your doing good .
Maybe you will need again , another day .

I needed help with a bill and they sent me away. Ive never asked for help before from any organization. So thanks for that. If you’re not gonna help people you should just shut down.

They made us leave due to my husband having to work and me helping out. It was 11pm at night. Said we could stay 21/2 hrs then leave

this place and the staff, Kim Teresa Brandy & Jennifers, were angels when I needed help the most. They offer comfortable beds and delicious home cooked meals, Rosa. they connect you to area resources and direction if you're willing to get out and try to better your life. I will forever be in debt to Salvation Army & the staff. Even made some life long friends. I'm so grateful. thank you God

I was a resident at the shelter from March the 7th of 2022 until June the 10th of 2022.stafft was very good to me. Helped me get back on my feet.

The Salvation Army community service center is a great place. They help people in need. At the community center to the church they are there to help. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping people in our community.

I brought someone in and they had a random drug screen but the two that were tested were black none of the other people were tested.

The manager of the shelter was rude. She told me that there was no wi-fi but I later found put there was, however, she didn't like the shelter residents using it. Because I had just arrived from out of town I had no way of contacting my family to let them know I was safe. We were on lockdown with no way to go out and buy essentials such as tolietries. Was kept up all night buy a bully, and when the staff was informed they promised to take care of the matter but didn't. When I said I wanted to make a complaint I was informed that the lieutenant was on grief leave. I find it hard to believe that someone was not assigned his or her duties for the duration of the leave especially since there was a health emergency in place in the state of Georgia.
