I exchanged a propane tank for a Rapid Xchange brand tank that was defective. I took it to this store because they are listed as a Rapid Xchange dealer. The clerk told me it had been more than ONE day since I purchased it and refused to help me. I called Rapid Xchange directly and was told their policy is that any dealer will exchange a defective tank with no time limit. I went to the Chevron farther up Mt Vernon Rd and had no problems with my exchange. Will not be back to the Shell station.

Usually open til ten but they turn their lights off at 9pm while I was there getting gas so I fixed their hourly schedule to reflect their hours of operation
