I went in on Saturday 5/11/24 to upgrade my phone. The girl (with the blue nails) who was sitting at the first station said “I can help you“ when I went to sign in. I had to look around to see who said that because she didn’t even make eye contact, let alone stand to greet me. I let her know why I was there, and she just asked what phone I wanted. I told her the iPhone 13 and she said they didn’t have them in store so I said 14 was fine. She went through entering my information, and then asked her coworker to grab her a 13.. so they did have them?? She asked me to verify my address, and next thing I know she’s opening the phone. I had to ask her if I already paid and she said yes! She never told me how much the phone was, if I wanted insurance, if I wanted to pay monthly or in full, if I wanted to use the card on file, or what my payments would be after trade in. She just assumed no insurance and monthly payments. When I asked what the payments would be, she said the trade in people will determine that. I had to ask what the price was so I could calculate payments and then she finally told me the price minus the trade in value to get what the payments would be. As for the trade in, she asked me for the IMEI and that was it. She didn’t look at the phone, verify it was factory reset, nothing. The girl was nice enough, but the overall experience was unwelcoming and just not customer service oriented.

I have my internet through spectrum, and was returning my old equipment, after upgrading my internet service. The associate was kind, knowledgeable, and got me on my way quickly.

Was just going in to find out more about some of the plans they were offering, but the guy I talked with first fixed issues I was having with my phone free of any charge and then explained what Spectrum was all about in much less time than most other cell phone or internet "stores" probably ever would, if you could get anyone to help at all?

I just sick of this internet service. Disconnect most time with no notifications. Call for the transfer ownership get bounced ball back and forth and repeat ask my address and name phone number again and again with different people of same question

So my spectrum experience started one month ago when we initially ordered spectrum package deal, internet, cable and phone. With spectrum being new to the area we had to have lines dug from road to our house. This never happened. We were told that the line were going to then go by telephone pole because neighbor didn't like the idea of digging under his driveway. After 2 weeks we started calling, about everyother day, in attempt to find out when they plan to complete the line to the house. Every time we called we were instructed a ticket was made and someone would call back soon. No calls back so two days later we'd call again, tell our story again, get transferred to field service, or technical support or sales, be instructed a ticket was developed and someone would call back. No, no call back, and when we'd call back and give our ticket number, it was like they never heard of this and told the story again. Sorry to bore you with this long story but it gets better. Today we get an email saying "your order has been cancelled". Seeing this I called back immediately and was told I canceled the order, which is farthest from the truth. After convincing them I didn't, the lady proceeded to blame my wife for canceling. The problem here is that my wife currently is phoneless as we canceled service expecting to receive phone through them but refused to initiate until the whole package was initiated. Was then transferred to a support supervisor who was honest and told us "your service order was canceled because it was now more than 30 days and after 30 days the account is automatically canceled. I appreciated his honesty but then was transferred to new accounts to a man who didn't want to understand my frustration and informed I'm making way to big of deal of this and what's my address and phone number and we'll start from the beginning. I'm the consumer and bill payer and to be spoken to like I'm at fault is completely unacceptable at this point. No I won't be using your service and could have been avoided by treating me as a valued customer instead of a piece of ___t. Will be doing everything possible to direct all others away until they get their act together and stop taking advantage of the people who are paying their salary. It's a shame the way you treat a no longer shareholder.

Bad business, skeevy practices they will quote you on a price not telling you they are putting "discounts" that are only valid if you follow up on buying others products as well as raising rates without being informed just cause they want to, wouldn't recommend would give 0 stars if I could go with someone else

Went in for an upgrade and Alfredo (customer service rep) helped me out. He gave me all options I wasn't even aware of to make a fully informed decision that was best for me. No pressure just great service and happy with my purchase. Thanks Alfredo, they are lucky to have you.

Please make signing in simple,why do you have a scanner bar on the screen if you can't use it for cking in ? Why have a automatic pay machine and not allow people to use it, the wait is entirely too long,make the visit flow smoothly !

In store staff friendly BUT internet was installed on my property WITHOUT my permission by tenant although Spectrum called and I said no. Violation of Spectrum terms & condition section 3 paragraph 13. Violation of my lease agreement too. Took 2 hours in store to sort out and cancel. Filed damage claim and supervisor will be out tomorrow. Why was it installed against my wishes? And trash left on the ground??
