Had to get a new phone over the weekend went to the store over by Dawsonville Hwy they didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock. So I went to the one over by Jessie Jewell . They had my phone. All I wanted was an upgrade.. when I was in there, doing the upgrade, one of the sales ladies mentioned that they needed to update my account because it was never updated properly. After I left and thought I was upgraded correctly.I went to login to my account online and it would not take my phone number. I had to call Customer Care.By calling Customer Care, I found out that the sales lady added additional line to my account and took my number off the account.Basically, the sales lady added the additional line to my account so she could get commission. I personally will never go back to this location .

While my husband has had T-Mobile for a few months, I finally decided to move my service from Verizon who I’ve always had since owning a cell phone. The service provided by Tristan at the Jesse Jewel store was beyond what we expected to receive. He was able to answer all of our questions and we had several. My husband acquired a new watch and I upgraded to a new phone. Tristan was nice enough to transfer everything over from my old phone to my new phone which was greatly appreciated. Tristan was not only patient with us but very knowledgeable and professional while handling all of our transactions. I highly recommend this store. Ask for Tristan.

Wow horrible customer service. They lied about credit I would get in my account to make a sale of a new iPhone. Do everything online or through corporate! Don’t waste your time in this store.

Sarah has an amazing team at this location. Elizabeth helped us with switching over service to T-mobile, we got a great deal on 3 lines and 3 new phones. Following days, I went back to get the kid watch phones and home internet. The whole team is always helpful with all needs and questions.

Signed up with a $800 per device credit on 4 lines over a year ago. Supposed to be a-plied monthly to my bill, Still waiting on the credits to this day. I have called the “dedicated customer care” they claim to have and no results yet. I have contacted them 5 times this year and 2 times last year. They seem to care until the get to the end of the call and say “I will check into this and give you a call tomorrow “. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK! You reach back out and have to go through the whole thing over at 2 hours per call. If they paid me for all the time they have cost me I could pay for the phones. Oh yea went in the store on the first visit and they couldn’t do anything either, 3 hours on the phone there with t-mobile customer service.

I normally used the Dawsonville highway location, they are top notch! This location has the wrong hours online so I tried to go after work lastnight but they were closed. I went back this morning and walked in 2 minutes after the opened and had both employees working on the same customer. I was baiely acknowledged when I walked into the store.After I left I looked at the reviews and the bot they have responding to negative reviews has about three consistent lines that are repeatedly used. Overall very unimpressed with this location and will be driving to the Dawsonville highway location from her on out.

Horrible sales reps wouldn’t take the time to diagnose why my phone gets horrible service Told me to buy a new phone or go to a different carrier.

Drove 40 minutes to get a device & online hours were wrong. Store was closed at 6pm. Please update your hours!

My wife went to T-mobile store on Friday September 9 at 5pm on 1943 Jesse Jewell Suite 800, and was TREATED LIKE A DOG. I dont know who this person was, but T-mobile better handle it or I will take my service somewhere else.

Do not use this location , according too management a t mobil training store that in the last ten days has only given false information causing charges of over 80.00 for under 12 minutes of talk and two text . The store told us .50 a minute and .25 text international. It was 5.99 a minute and no data was used . T-mobile corporate fixed this but after 10 days of dealing with this store go too another store . T- Mobile corporate stores strictly .
