Can we get a negative star rating option? Switched to T-Mobile 18 days ago. Paid cash for half the phone (S23+) upfront. Cash not credit. Every day my contacts get deleted. Service is spotty and streaming is horrible. I regret daily switching to this company. Never ever deal with this company they do not care about their customers. They people at the brick and mortar stores are highly uneducated and have no idea what they are doing. I will be following a lawsuit againt TMobile.

This place is great because the people here are wonderful.I enjoy the friendliness, cleanliness, knowledge, and patience they have for each of their customers.I've been coming here for over 10 years. Some times I just pop in to see the new phones and they still take their time to explain the latest features and how it compares to my phone.Speaking of phones. It took 3 months of me going and out of the store to purchase the S23. Not once did they grow frustrated or ignore me.Because this place has great workers, who know what they're doing. You're not going to bully your way past the wait list. Everyone will have their fair turn and get their questions answered.

Came in for an upgrade. Bryan helped me out. He was great! Quick, efficient, and he transferred all my stuff over so I didn't have to deal with it. He made the process so easy and helped me with any questions I had.

Like their adds on TV says. Best service on the market. Best of everything T-Mobile has to offer and best all around services in the WORLD. My family has been with T-MOBILE for years. We all love the staffs polite welcome as you walk into their store and willing to help .

Very knowledgeable staff. And great customer care and service. The associate who assisted us, his name is leeroy? Told us about his ring system he has on his home and recommend it. Very patient with assisting us with what we where in there for. While assisting other customers. Very old customer from Att. Now T-mobile. We will be back soon.

Have been a T mobile customer for 7+ years. Went in store to purchase\order a Z fold 3. Associates seemed annoyed i came in to inquire their avaliable stock, upgrading eligibility, etc. Was the only customer in the store BTW. Associates talked about how long of a day they have had and that they couldn't wait to get off work. They eventually told me their systems were down. So i just left and called T mobile customer service where i received A++ CUSTOMER BUYING EXPERIENCE. This is normally my store of choice but will venture elsewhere next time. The 3 associates were sad, boring, and not enjoyable to interact with. 3 thumbs down for me.

Switched from cricket so happy to have t mobile way better customer service, plus they offer t mobile signal booster witch gives me full bars all the time at home. Never miss a call or text like we did with cricket, little bit more than cricket for four lines but well worth it. Thanks

Do NOT visit this store. I am a Sprint customer and my husband has Tmobile, but these reps will do ANYTHING in their power not to attend Sprint customers and they are REQUIRED to help us now but they will pull whatever excuse out of their a**. I wanted to do an upgrade, but I heard them talking among each other saying "just tell her you cant do it". I am taking my business elsewhere!!! Worst experience ever
