i would leave 0 stars if i could. i have had multiple packages be delivered to a po box, and i dont even have a po box. so there is multiple packages that i havent been able to get back. they will not answer their phone either so forget getting any help from them. no wonder they only have 1.5 stars.

These people stole a $20 package. Don’t mark my stuff delivered unless you come knocking on the door. This postal office needs to be investigated for all the thievery stuff they do, Ya’ll shouldn’t bother wasting your precious time trying to reach out to them because they DO NOT CARE. Whoever took my sons birthday package just know you robbed him and you should be ashamed of yourself and your momma for raising you to be a thief.

Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the level of customer support provided by 2530 Pentee Dr, Gainesville, GA 30507. Despite following the instructions to call the customer service 800 number, I was directed to contact the local office. However, it was evident that no one was available to answer the phone at the local level, leaving me without assistance.
This lack of responsiveness and coordination reflects poorly on your establishment. In contrast, I've had excellent experiences with the Ellerslie GA Postal Service, where customer inquiries are promptly addressed and resolved.
I believe there's room for improvement in ensuring efficient and effective customer support processes. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism to help enhance your service standards moving forward.

When I see this office handles my deliveries of packages I literally cringe! They document they deliver them,”in my mailbox or on my front porch.” They are delivered across town or some never found. As I type UPS had transferred my package to USPS last week it came from China. The delivery went smooth until this office laid their hands in it! I’m AGAIN looking for my package that was,”delivered on my porch.” My cameras at my home show NO ONE coming down my driveway or anywhere else near my home during their so called delivery time !

I had a package bounce between 3 different usps centers, called them and they said it was my fault and the shippers fault because my address doesn't exist. They've been delivering to my house for the last 40 years, yet they tell me that is not my address. I say it is my address, they tell me I'm wrong. It's been bouncing for 5 MONTHS and they still say it's because the address on the label is wrong, it's NOT WRONG, that IS my address. Then they say it isn't in their system, yet I get mail from them every day. It's lost in the system, amd I told them I want to claim the insurance on the package and get a refund. They told me that would cost $30, which is half the price of my package. I've been in touch with customer service many times on the phone and they keep saying the issue is resolved because on the website it says "package in transit to next destination" yet it keeps bouncing. Worst customer service and workers I've dealt with, and that says something

I had a “delivered” package a few months ago. We never got it. Gave it another shot and ordered a few things. Figured it wouldn’t happen again. Nope. Two separate packages in a week are “delivered” but missing. They never call you back. They don’t care. It’s not their stuff. I’m going to likely file a police report about it because three packages missing is insane.

DO NOT SHIP THROUGH USPS1 star is honestly too high of a rating. Something was delivered 2 days ago then returned immediately, not held for 10 days like theyre supposed to. I went to 4 locations to find it and then they would not even give me my own package when I did find it. Worst shipping, govt is absolutely useless

No one will ever answer the phone. After calling over and over they might leave you a message giving you misinformation. I’m still missing my package two weeks after it was supposed to be delivered.Update!! Months and still missing a package, and yet another is now missing.

Packages stolen cause driver doesn't care about his job and is most likely lazy with unstable work history. Post office refuses to acknowledge complaints.

My experience with this office was very pleasant. My phone call was answered swiftly (10:49am) and the USPS representative that answered "Bernie" could not have been nicer or more helpful. She took a lot of time out of her already busy day to help me resolve an issue with a shipment delivered to the wrong address. She also placed a follow up call to me regarding the shipment as more information about the tracking became available. Thank you Bernie, you were wonderful!
