Can’t get to talk to no one and always a 15 minutes wait I have a claim and no one will not get back with me it is always 3 to 5 business days and no one call me back my claim is # 79043101 the second # is 80391243 on this claim number a person was to come out on July 31 no show that the kind of service we have

I visit the post office daily for business, and Paresh is always kind and extremely helpful. He always greets the customers and is knowledgeable, so he's able to move the line forward in a timely manner. I appreciate all his hard work and expertise!

I entered the post office with over 10 minutes to spare, just dropping off one package. I was trying to select a box from their little supply area and all three workers at the counter were yelling at me, telling me to hurry up and that they were closing soon. In my haste, they did not inform me that the specific box I chose for my 3lb package would be $130 to ship. They slapped the shipping label on the box, printed the receipt, pointed towards the door and said, “out”.
Imagine my surprise when my customer contacted me about this $130 charge they were placing on her to receive her package. This will be handled swiftly and efficiently.
Gotta love federal employees

I ordered different packages this week and I received 2 large bags from SHEIN but the third package, a cap, is missing! They marked the package as delivered, I made the claim and they say they can't do anything if I don't insure the package!! So it means that they can keep our things just because? And the service we pay for is not worth it or are they discriminating against me??? On Saturday I spoke with the girl who delivers the mail to us and she tells me that she is going to check at the warehouse because many times the scanner accidentally marks the package as delivered and it was not delivered!! My annoyance is the following, 2 large bags of around 5 pounds each arrived and a small package of greater value disappeared, which seems totally unfair to me! The cap is the one in the photo. All that's left is for someone who works for you to wear it later!! Be careful because our packages cannot be disappearing just because!! Now they say that I have to make another claim and then they say that if the package was not sent to me with insurance! They can't do anything ?! Below I attach the tracking number and then the claim number and then the photo of the cap in case they find it or see it on one of your workers.

I've never had an issue with using the USPS in my entire life till moving to Gainesville. They will screw up your mail in every conceivable way. They've marked mail as delivered when it wasn't. They don't require signing when they should and just mark as signed and leave outside. They say things require signing when they don't. They say they attempt to deliver when they don't. Forget about getting your mail if you change your address. It really is the worst service I've had with mail in my entire life.

Rude and ignorant employees. So I checked reviews and what a surprise..... Seems like it's typical here. They don't even follow their own rules. Horrible ?
