Great post office with friendly people who are willing to help ensure you get the service you need to be successful in their area - there is some pride there and it’s refreshing. This post office does business accounts, bulk mail, hold mail, p.o. boxes, and they sell gift cards, greeting cards, as well as whatever packaging you might need for your particular parcel. Good place with good people.

Package marked as delivered then updated as “vacant” and mailed back to the sender, and mail is scanned in and I get the emails, but never receive it.

Clerks are very nice people, good customer service. But... if you are an online seller with prepaid labels, this store would not be good for you. They have drop-off window, and also a section where you can drop packages, but there isn't a guarantee they will scan your package the same day. I had a package that I dropped on a Monday afternoon, and it wasn't scanned until Thursday. Which of course has a negative effect on my delivery time for my customers. I asked the clerk on why they don't scan it, and he said they don't have time for that. If you choose to use this store, I would recommend you make the line for your prepaid label. Be ready to stand there for a few minutes.

Not sure who trains the residential carriers but we have had several important financial and other mail delivered to other neighbors and likewise we have received other neighbor's mail. This happens way to often. Today we did not receive a package ordered through Amazon to be delivered by USPS and got this notice..."Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible". Nonsense! Neither is true! Our entryway is totally clear! No cars no mess! Real issue is LAZINESS to get out of the vehicle and place the package on front porch! Never have had problems with Prime, UPS, FEDEX, and USPS most of the time. I even tried to call the main

Would give 0 stars. Our mail carrier is a rock. Their job is to deliver to the address. I own a home based business and have for 2 years. IF this carrier had brain cells they would at least bring the certified letter to the door and ask (like their job requires). Seeing as the company tried TWICE makes me question this carriers IQ and aptitude.

I went into the post office today and there was a package stuck in the drop box. I went to inform someone at the front desk so that this simple issue could be resolved for the next customers and was yelled at by a woman named REGINA. She was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, she either needs more training or be replaced because clearly customer service is a huge part of her job and she lacks that.

Regina the blonde hair older lady needs to be replaced. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and uneducated. How can you not know the rules and regulations of the United States Postal Service.The supervisor is on tape calling customers names, public photography is not illegal, it's a protected constitution right.He needs to be replaced.DISGRACEFUL!!!!!

Today was the first time I have ever had a USPS worker yell at me. I was shocked by how I was treated during my visit today. I visited this location on my lunch break to drop of some packages. After checking my receipt, I noticed that one of my packages wasn’t scanned. I returned to see if anything could be done. I was then told that there was no proof that I had brought the package there. I told her I had and that the employee working nearby had assisted me and if they checked the cameras they would see the packages. She then began to yell at me in front of other workers and customers. It was definitely an overwhelming event. Even if you have to drive out of your way, please go to any other post office but this one.

The black girl working there seems to have an issue to help people, maybe that should not be the job for her.. I got an attitude with her since she did with me, I believe in treating people nicely but if I get attitude from you then I will return it. She asked if I wanted a receipt when I said yes she acted like I was asking for the world, so I told her is it an issue to get a receipt? And I did tell her she was rude. Her eyes almost popped out of her head. Plz usps get better employees! I am sure there’s a lot of people that will love to have her job. Thank you
