We were so incredibly impressed with Armando at Verizon Oakwood. The day before we had gone to a corporate store and asked for help to upgrade my phone and transfer it to our daughter. We left disappointed because the sales person was more interested in selling us a new line or new plan than helping with what I asked. Armando not only understood and helped us do exactly what we needed but he also suggested a savings on our monthly plan *and* he went above and beyond to travel to another store that had the color I wanted on his *own* time and set it and the transferred phone up for us! We won’t bother with a corporate store again, thank you!!!!!!!

Don't get a phone here if you are not 1000% sure you want to keep it. Had a phone a week that I didnt use once and it cost me 150 to bring it back even though they said I had 21 days to change my mind. They take your money and then more money. Went to the store after getting a bill for more money after canceling my plan within a week and the guy in the store said he couldn't help me but he barely even heard what I said since he was on his phone the whole time dealing with personal issues. Very unprofessional all the way around!

I have never been treated so rudely. Salesperson Robert told me he could not wave activation fees, that could only be done online. So I walked outside the store and called and made the order to have activation fee waived. Verizon told us to walk back in and pick up Sim cards. When we walked back in the sales person got very angry that we had processed the order online and said we would now be charged for the Sim cards. He said we were waisting his time and took money out of his pocket to pay his rent. Do not go there. Very bad customer service.

Came in just to buy a sim card and it ended up not costing me anything. Even though he didn't make any money Victor was very kind, polite and showed me a few things on my phone. ?

Diangelo at Oakwood Verizon has excellent customer service skills. He went to switch from Tmobile to Verizon.. Diangelo was so professional and went above and beyond so I switched as well!!

I visited the store today to set up a new iPhone 15 and worked with Frank Foster IV at the Verizon Store. I can say confidently that Frank is very professional and knowledgeable of the products. He was able to meet my needs and was very personable during the process. I recommend visiting this location for your Verizon Wireless needs in the Gainesville/Oakwood/Flowery Branch area.

Staff was super nice and tried their best to help me get what I want. Even when they didn't have what I wanted in stock they looked up other locations that would have them. I would recommend this place because staff was super patient.

We came in Friday night with a little bit of a tricky case. We were adding 4 lines and my mom who was already with Verizon needed to be added to our plan. Ben provided us the most amazing customer service over the phone which is what brought us in that night. He was truly knowledgeable about the products, the best plans to help us, and he was incredibly patient. He might be one of the most patient people I’ve ever met as I had two excited teenagers and my precious 70 year old mom. Ben is truly the kind of person you hope to find when you’re making such an important and stressful change. Ben walked us through a process that I normally hate and made it not so bad. Ben even told us how to reach him after we left if any questions are to arise. Verizon is blessed to have Ben and we were blessed that he was the one to help us. If you need help…..ASK FOR BEN!

I have been working with this company for 3 months with a Note 20 that is dropping calls. And don't even give me my 5g experience. Call tech support they do all these test nothing changesThey end up hanging up. Where I'm left to start over with a whole new person.This is getting as bad as sprint when it comes to customer service and their phone quality.
