I had to wait behind 2 cars in the drive through because the one car was taking over 20 minutes. This needs to change. They can drive around and come back to be considerate of other customers even if the do have several issues. I would do that but some people….now I’m late for work.

I only used this particular location for prescription pick up. They ultimately were able to help me so I cannot complain too much, however they told me to come back after 3pm. When I did, I was told I couldn't pick up for 2 more days. Ok fine, BUT someone could have told me before I left OR called me to let me know. The young lady that helped me both times was nice.

Went online for a COVID-19 test. Did the online questionnaire about my symptoms and got an appointment day and time. I got e-mail and confirmation for Monday 12/20 @ 11:45 am. I called on Monday December 20, 2021 to make sure my appointment would be available and a test was there. Had an issue with CVS off Spout Springs. Never got a test at CVS so I tried Walgreens. 9:30 am on Monday Walgreens system is still updating. I called at 11:20 am when I was leaving for appointment and the system is STILL updating. How did I get an appointment and confirmation?? Person I spoke to said I could come before 5 pm or they would call. NEVER got a call back. Had to go else where. I won't be referring you or trying again. Poor service and you don't do what you say you will. Funny to me because my mom uses this Walgreens and you guys call her all week about meds she needs to pick up. And you can't get all her medications on a one time sync and Pick Up. Frustrating.

I have never had to wait one hour to get a flu and COVID booster shot before, in any Walgreens or their competitors. I will never make appointment for flu or COVID -19 shot at this location again.

If you are only accepting cash for purchases, it would be nice to notify your customers before they take 30 minutes of their lunch break shopping.

I have shopped at this Walgreens ever since it opened. I went in today to pick up some shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, etc. because I didn’t want to deal with Walmart. I bought several items because they were weekly specials and I could save some money. When I got to the checkout counter the surly young lady spoke not a word to me except to state my phone number was not working to activate my membership rewards. I tried my other number and it wouldn’t work either. I am very upset I spent $80.00 and didn’t get any of the discounts I should have. That is a significant amount to someone on a fixed income. I don’t understand what happened or why I was denied my discounts. I will not be going back-I can not afford the prices if there are no discounts. And that is a shame.

Walgreens Mundy Mill Rd Oakwood Ga. Very convenient drive thru. Practice covid safety. Helpful people working there. I recommend this place. Easy to find what I needed.

Worst customer service. They SELL EXPIRED medication and products and when you call to speak with someone they never mind call back or care about the issue.

I really recommend Walgreens pharmacy on Mundy mill. The stuff is really nice the only thing they gave me a five dollar coupon after I got my second COVID-19 vaccine to use in the store .I went to use it towards some thing while I was in the store and they told me it would only apply to my next purchase which did not make sense to me why does it matter when you use it?
