It offers a huge selection of items from old to new, with new stock always showing up due to trade-ins. The staff provides great, helpful, and kind customer service, with workers who are friendly and welcoming. They are known to welcome customers by name, custom order requested items, and hold them for a few days. The atmosphere is super fun and chill, creating a nerd culture oasis where people are welcome to hang out. The store is also noted for fair dealing and fair pricing. While some specific older games can be hard to find due to limited supply, the overall experience is fantastic and highly recommended by regular visitors who constantly return.
If I could give 10 stars I would. The workers there are some of the best people you will ever meet. Especially Dave there, he gave the best customer service you could possibly ask for. Also Cam, she cleans the discs perfectly and they look like new. Great customer service!
