Delivery person was awesome. The issue with the delivery was I never received a call prior to the actual truck showing up in front of my house. I asked the delivery person as to why I did not receive a courtesy call and she informed me that she doesn’t get notification of her next delivery until she finishes the prior delivery which didn’t afford her time to give me a courtesy call. I was under the assumption when I placed the order and it asked for the best contact phone number to call that I would receive minimum 30 minute call prior to the delivery so that I could Put away my dogs away and open up the secure gate to the backyard. I was not given any advanced notification.

It is almost impossible to get in touch with customer service and when you finally get a agent to speak to you cannot understand them due to accent.Your prices are higher then any other Propane company in the area. I requested to buy my Tank outright and was refused because it is a 250 gal. tank.Your company is the worst and you are holding me hostage by not permitting me to purchase the tank. I plan to find another way of getting my Propane because everyone that uses your company in my community are paying $1.99 gal. you are charging me $3.17 a gal. The highest from the three other companies I checked in my area.If I could give you minus Stars I would.Very dissatisfied customer that you are holding hostage.

We have 2 locations that are supposed to receive deliveries twice a week and happens only sporadic. We are busy restaurants located in downtown Savannah Ga that depend on propane in order to create a warm outdoor environment for our customers. Amerigas consistently let's us down and we have our own maintenance people having to refill propane tanks. We have called several times to discuss and we never get any results from it. Severely disappointed!

I just had the most insane experience trying to cancel our tank rental/have them come it up. It was $299.99 just to have them pick it up. We’ve been customers since 2016. Do better Amerigas! We are going with a local company.

Worst communication platform I've ever engaged with. Phone calls go to foreign countries with no power to create solutions. Online contact messages never returned. Chat feature works better but no follow through on requests. I've asked on every possible contact platform to have a balance on my account refunded to me and am constantly ghosted. No reply. No action. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

It took me a few days before I was able to talk with someone . Then I couldn’t understand them with all the background noise , especially their accent and babies crying !! When my tank is empty I’ll probably go with another company . I also asked for a pressure regulator check as I was having a problem with fire logs . $200 for a 10 minute check .
