Scheduled for two service items and they only completed one -- supposed to get an oil change and replace the drive belt. They did not even note that I requested an oil change despite confirming it 3 times with 3 different people including when I arrived at the appointment. Did not offer anyway to make up for it and told me I had to come back later. Only positive thing is that they accommodated my request to have the car back by the end of the day.

Do Not Absolutely DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here…\\n\\nLong post but you should read\\nI took my vehicle in for a diagnostics, which they ended up telling me there was no problem yet I’m still having the same issue. I get back home and see a 10 inch scratch on my front bumper. I call them and ask for them to review the cameras and send me a photo of when I pick my car up that there isn’t a scratch. They reply back with a grainy picture saying there was no issue. Luckily I had them wash my car when I went to pick it up and they drove it into the service bay and I knew my exact time of pick up so I asked for a photo inside the bay of my car at the time I picked it up. They called me back and said that yes my car had gotten scratched. They told me that I had signed paperwork saying they weren’t responsible for any damages but that they would fix it nevertheless.\\n\\nI took my car back to get the scratched fixed and an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car they gave me a service suggestion paperwork that noted I should partially drain my coolant fluid. I get home and go to check my coolant and I notice they didn’t put my reservoir cap back on. I called them and they tried to tell me they don’t check the fluid but there’s a visible dust layer and place where there isn’t dust where the cap use to be.\\n\\nSo all in all, they didn’t fix the original issue I went for, they scratched my car, and then they forgot to put my reservoir cap back on. Never going back.

There really needs to be a car dealership For Women operated by women in this country. So when you are rebuilding your credit and trying to get in a vehicle that's better than the one you have you don't have to feel like a "poor little victim" that most of the men in the automotive business saddle you with. The fact that we have to dress a little sexier to get help alone is defeating. That all SAID this place will WASTE your Damn Time!! I told them a week ago I was looking for a vehicle and what my ramifications were. You should of told me then "MATT" with your plastic doll "Ken" looks and 1990s spiked bleached hair that it wasn't a fit. But NO you decided it would be fun to treat me like shit and waste an hour of my time. And then patronize me into thinking I'm only going to get into a vehicle with a high interest...duh I can afford 1500 car payment I know what identity theft and poor credit look like after dating men like yourself. Fucktard waste of GD time!! Guess I'm going to Carvana. Side note when I left and said I was probably going to have to sleep with some one to get a car he "winked" and smiled. GROSS if this is how you SELL CARS. Ugh!!

I accidentally missed my oil change/tire rotation appointment today and a little less than an hour later, I got a phone call from a number I didn't know. When I answered, I immediately heard "where are you at?" - wondering who would be calling me like that and being so rude, I thought it was a spam caller. Within 2 seconds they repeated themselves and said "this is Kim from Grainger Nissan, where are you at?" That's unacceptable. You don't call me talking rude. I hung up. When the phone rang again from the same number, I ignored it. 5 minutes later, I get a text saying "Hey it's Kim from Grainger... I was just messing with you.."My phone just rang again from a different number, and I didn't answer it either. I would rather just not. If you want this kind of rude customer service, go see them. I've been going to them the last 6 years, and I will not be back. Most of the people who worked there when I first started going don't work there anymore and the service is not the same.

The maintenance shop in this place is terrible. No one ever knows what's going on. Setting an appointment is useless because you will still waste your whole day there. Had to take my vehicle back multiple times because of the same issue. It's like they didn't do anything but still charged me. Sales people are nice. But people in the maintenance shop, dumb.

My Nissan employee lease vehicle needed routine maintenance. Nissan employee leases include maintenance service. The Grainger service tech did a great job of greeting asking questions and promptly tending to the maintenance required. She came to me with an optional, but covered, maintenance item. I very much appreciated that attention to detail. Will be back! Sal

The dealership is full of con artists who will make up lies and take your money and give your car back in worse condition than it came in. Absolutely ridiculous. They broke a part while the car was in the shop for something totally unrelated and are trying to charge us to fix the part that they broke. Unbelievable. Terrible service. Run away.

I’ve always enjoyed taking my vehicle to Grainger but today I was surprised to see that no one in the service department and throughout was wearing a mask. Unfortunately, for my safety, I will not be back.

Paid a lot to have car serviced week later service due lite pops on. Had car tuned up running even rougher than before. No service advisor reached out. Work 10 hrs a day so no time to deal with problem that should not exist in accordance to the money I put in to correct. Not satisfied and not sure if satisfaction is available.

I went to Grainger Nissan on Chatham Parkway on Friday, November 19, 2021 to have maintenance and a recall performed on my Nissan Murano. I was advised it would take about 2.5 hours to complete the work. I waited about 3 hrs before receiving notification that the work was completed. When I went to pick up my car they had not performed the recall or synced my second key as I requested. When I asked why I was told the recall takes 4 hours, but I had previously been told it would take an hr. I called back on Mon Nov 21 and asked to have the service Mgr call me. He hasn't called yet. Customer service is important to me, and I certainly didn't receive any. This is where I purchased my Nissan, but if this how they treat customers, I have no desire to return.
