“I went in with engine concerns. Thank God they gave me the good news and a diagnosis of what my issue was. First, they worked me in very quickly. They were efficient, and I had my car back rather quickly. I had photos with proof of issue and an estimate on the fix. They were so professional and fast. Now, I elected to wait on the repair for a little longer, so I will update everyone on what the final outcome will be, but for now, I'm totally happy with what has transpired thus far. I definitely recommend them.”

“I have driven a Hyundai for at least ten years, and I love them. Since I moved to Savannah 3 years ago, it has been impossible to get your vehicle serviced at the Hyundai dealership. I made an appointment to get my tag light replaced. On the day of my appointment, I sat for almost 2 hours to find out the part had never been ordered. If I hadn’t gone to check on the status of my vehicle, who knows how long it would have been sitting before finding out the part was not ordered. Recently, my car caliper kept locking up. I called the dealership, and I was told June 28 would be the next available ?? what a joke. What’s the point of having a Hyundai if you can have it serviced in a reasonable time? Cars break down unexpectedly all the time, and to know that you can’t get into the dealership is added stress. There are only 2 Hyundai dealerships, both booked out for six months. What are customers supposed to do? I wish the service department's service were as excellent as the vehicles are.”
“The team worked well together. They had a couple miscommunications but recovered pretty quickly from those. The staff were very polite, upbeat, and had infectious personalities. I was in and out in very little time. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they forgot to guide me through the steps to clear my check engine light that was for the oil change and I didn't like the pricing offered for replacing my intake air filter. $28 for an $18 filter (they likely get cheaper) It seemed excessive to charge me $10 to replace something they already have open to look at in their inspection. So I declined the air filter and bought one at the auto parts store on my way home for $18. They're so simple to change. And it literally takes seconds. I'm not paying someone $10 to do it for me.”

They sent someone to change the tire but then the wheel came off on I 95. He was towed to your shop. Unfortunately it was Friday so he was stranded until the parts came Monday. In addition to finishing the repairs quickly and efficiently, we really appreciate the extra effort and kindness of driving him to and from his hotel.
