I came in at 4pm. Asked to open an bank account and this gentleman said it’s the end of the day and they aren’t doing anything else. This place is so unprofessional and rude. All I needed to do was show my id and it would of been done. I had to prove who I was. I will never come back to this place again. I could understand if I came in at 4:50 but it was 4:02. He wouldn’t even listen to me. I’m get his name and report him to corporate.

My husband has had account here for years and I signed a check to him. They refused to process it. Very poor service to a loyal customer

Great customer from mrs.canesha owens service very informal I went in to open a savings account to start savings to by my first house and learned about the first home buyer options and the options to build my credit way more than I expected and she help me set goals and ways to cut out useless spending I was very impressed just by the all around service and knowledge I went in with no appointment and was seen with in a few minutes

Horrible customer service at the Hwy 21 location. They stand around talking to each other instead of doing their job. Also take there time with no since of urgency. Professionalism is needed when handling someone's finances!

I deposited a check on Monday August 30, 2021 and was told the funds would be available on September 1, 2021. Found out on September 2, 2021 that the funds will not be available until September 9, 2021.

0 customer skills, I understand the need of an appointment but not when there is literally NOONE but the bankers in the bank. And less when is a 5 minute procedure, it is ridiculous.

I received a phone call from Thomas Luke today to see how I was doing. I explained an issue that I had with my account and he told me he would fix it. He told me that I could just come down to the branch on my own and walk in and they would fix it. I told him I would be down and even asked when they closed. I get there an hour before they close and I'm told nobody could see me. They I would have to make an appointment. I got out of work early to get there and then drive all the way there to be turned away. I'm just about done with Wells Fargo.

It’s been 7 months and still no card and the temp keeps declining I’ve call multiple times about this issue and still nothing has been done. By far worst bank to be with.

Nothing like being abandoned as a small business owner..... this PPP program has been a mess from you guys... weeks after it was announced still sending emails that it is coming, but I might want to find another bank.

This is probably on of the slowest banks in the United States. Every time i go in, i am there for a good 20 mins. Whether im 1st or third in line. Absolutely pathetic, not to mention gonna be only doing drive through business next week. What about all the people touching the little shutle thing, or the call button ect ect. Freaking retards.
