Great service! Just spoke with Tish as I called from my home in California (a person actually answered!) regarding an online order of an item shipped from overseas which the merchant stupidly shipped to Georgia instead of CA. Tish looked up the tracking number (package somewhere between CA and GA), spent a long time with me on the phone discussing possible solutions, and took my phone number to keep me updated. This don't happen in Los Angeles.
