Gentlemen at the register struggled to understand the order (I ordered no bun for a burger since my son is gluten free). A female staff member came in and completed the order. Then discovered they doubled 1/2 the order when they brought the food to the table. I thought the total was a little high but I didn't check the receipt. That's my fault. They couldn't figure out giving me a partial refund so they refunded the entire meal and charged me correctly the 2nd time. The food was good and the service was quick and friendly. However, they do have some gaps in training.

Ice cream, blizzards, shakes, banana split, hamburger meals, and soft drinks. DQ also sells pre-made cakes inside for purchase.

This location can NEVER get simple orders right. No matter if you go inside or drive thru. The order is on the screen and on paper and still no one reads the order they just do whatever the heck they want to do with your food.
