“My friend had an issue with his phone card because of a storm. The next day he went to try to fix it and had forgotten his receipt. Luckily the cashier plucked his receipt and his money and saved it in a ziplock for his return, in which when he went in there today, the next day, he was very relieved to discover everything was going to be okay.”

“I love going to this place better than I do the one in town. This one is more organized has a lot more to choose from. The only thing I don't like about any of the Family Dollars are the metal post attached to the shopping carts. You cannot go out the door with your items to your car. I asked him yesterday how are disabled people, senior citizens who are in wheelchairs or using walkers able able to carry all their bagged items to their vehicle out of the store? That is what the shopping cart is for. Are they just too lazy to remove two nuts so they can remove the poles from of the carts? Ollie's store is the same way”
“Daniel and staff went above and beyond. I had made a mistake and paid for an item that I didn’t take. I didn’t save the receipt and figured I was out of luck but figured I’d swing by and ask. The mistake was totally my fault and I didn’t have a receipt so I figured I was out of luck but they took the time to look through several transactions on the register until they found mine and saw my mistake and corrected it. I really appreciate the service I received and wanted to thank the staff for helping me sort it out.”
“Sign posted on door States Mask Required = Illegal; however, not every customer was required to wear one. Of the 2 employees I seen: One was wearing a mask & one was NOT wearing a facial covering! The employee who checked us out was amazingly friendly=Best last-minute & late-night shopping experience EVER!! Despite it being 10 minutes before closing when we walked in the door of this particular store location, this woman never once complained, griped, slowed down nor even so much as mentioned they were "ready to go home" like most employees would do! Wonderful experience!!!”
