Would never recommend this place. They made me file by paper in March and still have not received a return. There goes $3,000 that I paid in to the government and will never see again.

My tax professional didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. In the still of being professional in keeping my information confidential she kept yelling across the cubicle for help while giving out my information. She didn't really act like she cared about me or the situation. And this is why I will not return.
