They have a great selection of stuff for the square footage of the store. The new owner is kind and helpful. Hope he does well. Very accommodating and actually tries to be a good merchant. I appreciate and would recommend.

New owners don’t know what they are doing!! The place opens at 9 am when it’s small town USA most folks need a hardware store at 7:30 not 9 am the old owners knew customers and greeted them by name!!The new owners would rather sale high end weed eaters than keep plumbing stuff and electrical stuff in stock!! And all they can say is we have it on order!! Place is a joke

The new owners of the store are great!!! Manager went out of his way to talk to me and help me find certain fittings for galvanized pipe. Took the time to ask what i do and what kind of jobs i do in gordon. 100% will go back and recommend this store now that it is under new management.

I purchased abicycle tube and blowing it up to the weight the directions said it would hold. The tube popped and i could not get a refund or exchange.
