Literally had been on the phone for over 2 hours for nothing to be resolved spoke to 2 representatives first said they couldn’t hear me. 2nd asked for my tracking number then sent me to the survey as I was speaking I am highly disappointed with the customer service.

It would be nice to come home to packages I spent my hard earned money on an they aren't soaking wet, it would be nice if your mail carriers took care of people's things. Could have put them in a plastic bag. Thank u
