Owner is very customer oriented and will offer assistance without customers asking. They are very attentive and if they notice repetitive purchases or if they do not have a product you ask for, they will order it in anticipation for you to return

This store and possibly owner is awful. I stopped to buy scratch off tickets. At first looked to see what I wanted. I was ready to buy and kept checking out other customers coming in after me. One person told them the ice machine was open and they went outside and didn't even acknowledge me or say I'll be right back or nothing. I followed behind to go spend my money elsewhere. They were leaning on the ice machine. I will never go here again. Anyone else should avoid this place
Edited to add after reading reviews from Lisa Carbajal this is exactly what happened to me today. Exact same thing in my opinion.

Kristy is a great customer service person. She is always helpful, friendly and smiling face when you enter the store. She makes you feel like she's always glad to have you in the store. Clean store, had everything you need for a quick stop and go. Now don't expect a walmart, but for water, candies, gas, and a phone charger at an inflated price this is your place.

Was just in bp in gray, ga. The clerk, Donna, is rude. Like its an inconvenience for her to do her job-sell lottery tickets! Lol But this has been building up, wasnt the first time. I was next in line, but she chose to assist another customer. Last time she says, "I need to put up a sign, because I wanted separate lottery tickets." Rude or racist? Hmmm..

The clerk was rude, and the website states that the gas station is open for 24 hours; however, the clerk would not open the doors “until the lights are turned on”. The clerk indicated to me that’s the store’s hours are when “she turns on the lights”. I encourage others to use their BP rewards somewhere else (where you can receive customer service).

One lady is not happy are just always rude. Then there is young lady that looks like she has been chewed up by a mountain ?. She needs medical on her arms and face and some grooming skills. The blonde headed lady is nice, happy and very pleasant. The man with dog is always very nice. Also I do go go when those 2 are working. They make you feel better.

My only bad experience at BP but it was enough. Prepaid for fuel and started pumping. Noticed gas price was credit not discount cash price. Asked my son to inquire about it and by the time I looked back at pump it was well over prepaid amount. Pump was NOT set to amount. Needless to say didn't receive credit for wrong price charged. New employee inside needs to be instructed on proper store operating procedures.

Usually stop here to get fair gas prices and I seem to get better gas mileage from using BP gas. Also I stopped here late last night (10/16/20) and the lady clerk had very friendly demeanor.

I believe that BP has the best fuel economy and keeps your motor clean and I know you can get more mileage than the other gas stations because I have tried them all and the Chevron is about as close to getting the same gas mileage as the BP does but when I fill my car up I will get BP gas if they are one around sometime you might have to pay a few cents more for a gallon or gasoline per tank but it is well worth it to me.
